Founder of MRLANDLORD.com, Jeffrey teaches the kind of action-oriented, practical and innovative information that greatly enables rental owners and managers to increase their cash flow! He serves as the host of the conference, and will share numerous suggested changes to your management strategies that will improve your effectiveness and net income as he hosts multiple training sessions all 4 days. Jeffrey’s current mission, and at this year’s retreat, is to focus on sharing strategies and exploring secrets by brainstorming with landlords nationwide on what has worked best in helping them to go further in their rental and real estate business. Jim Ingersoll
JIM INGERSOLL

Jim Ingersoll is a successful real estate entrepreneur, Author and Coach who has gone further in his investing endeavors by learning how to invest using none of his own money nor bank financing. He has bought and sold hundreds of houses wholesaling, flipping and buying to hold for the long-term. Jim loves all aspects of creating winning transactions with creative real estate. He teaches students how to buy real estate without needing cash or credit and without relying upon bank mortgages.

Anthony Chara
ANTHONY CHARA

Anthony Chara is a seasoned Real Estate investor who has gone further with his investing by not limiting himself to single family rentals and now purchases multi-family and apartment buildings. He has successful investing and property management experience dating back to 1993. After 16 years working for a fortune 500 company and traveling extensively it was time for a change. Mr. Chara gave up his lucrative Area Manager position in which he managed 35 electronic technicians in 7 states and a $3M budget so he could spend less time traveling and more time creating wealth for his family. He started and sold several service oriented companies until turning to Real Estate investing full time in 2001.

Presently, he’s managing partner of Apartment Mentors, LLC and founder of Success Classes, LLC. He has owned or managed several successful multi-million dollar companies during the last 20+ years. Mr. Chara owns properties in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma and Texas.

He has mentored several thousand aspiring RE investors. Mr. Chara also volunteers and supports several worthy charities such as the American Red Cross, Denver Rescue Mission, Habitat for Humanity and the Wounded Warrior Project.
 

John Burley
JOHN BURLEY

John Burley has learned how to team up and partner with other investors, which has empowered him to totally take the limits off his real estate investing goals.

I know it was not until after 20 years of owning and managing rentals that I started doing some things differently that enabled me to go from 50 to 100 to 150 to nearly 200 in less than 5 to 7 years, and reach my original real estate investing goal. What was magic about the number 200. Nothing really, except that I originally had a mentor name Nick Koon, a successful real estate investor out of Ohio, who had 200 rentals, and I wanted to be like him when I grew up :).

But again, it took me nearly 30 years to get here. And if I had to do it again, and even now moving forward, I go about buying and managing differently and many other investors have similar stories of what they have learned and do differently to help them go further in their road to success and freedom. These are the type of experiences we will be exploring and revealing at this year’s retreat.

And, it’s not about reaching a certain number, because everyone has different goals. However, it is about learning how to actually reach whatever is your goal. It’s about GOING ALL THE WAY, not part the way, not half the way, but ALL the way!
